Library:
A place where the information is collected, processed, stored and disseminated to the users according to their needs at the time and place required by them.
School Library:
The School Library provides information, inculcates ideas and develops knowledge that is so essential to functioning successfully in today's information and knowledge based society.
Mission:
The mission of the Pakistan Urdu School Library is to provide a 21st century learning environment that encourages collaboration among the school community members and promotes the development of the accomplished life-long learners who are principled researchers and effective information and technology users.
Objectives:
⧫ Develops self-learning skills of students.
⧫ Supports all educational programs of the school.
⧫ Cultivates reading habits in school children.
⧫ Nurtures good moral values and principles in the children.
⧫ Inculcates the habit of seeking help of additional sources other than text books.
⧫ To provide effective access to various library resources for students, faculty members and parents.

Library Rules & Regulations:
⧫ Students are allowed to borrow a maximum of 2 books for a period of one week.
⧫ All borrowed materials must be returned on or before the due date.
⧫ Students are not allowed to borrow books on behalf of others or transfer borrowed materials to other students.
⧫ Students should not disturb the arrangements of the library furniture.
⧫ Students should maintain peace & silence in the library and should not disturb other readers in the library otherwise library facility will be withdrawn.
⧫ Students will only read the newspapers on the newspaper reading stand.
⧫ Food & Drinks not be allowed in the library.
⧫ Library team are available for any assistance you may need in using the library resources, facilities & services. Library will welcome any suggestion for better use of library facilities.
